December 21st 2006.
On the picture on the right you can see the new showroom as it is now in December, it is almost completely full. Ragnar Geirdal, a friend of ours, came and worked a bit on the Ford, he positioned the firewall, fenders and hood on top of the frame and they fit together pretty nicely. Björgvin Jakobsson came and put the cab on his Studebaker, freshly painted and very nice. We here at the museum would like to use this oppurtunity to wish everyone a merry Christmas and a happy new year. |

I haven´t been able to update this webside for almost 2 months because the computer broke down, but now it should be ok. On September 7, Eiríkur Gunnarsson brought 2 big trucks to the museum to keep. The GG transportation company owned them before, one is a Autocar from 1946 and the other is a International from 1965. The Atocar is in pretty good shape, but the International´s cab is very rusty, but they are both driveble. You can click on the picture to see more pictures.

August 2 2006.
Þorgeir Reynisson payed us a visit today, Þorgeir lives
in Norway and his visit to Iceland has made the icelandic car world
look twice. He drives a flaming red Mustang 1966 convertible, and
even more, it is a Shelby clone on a 17" wheels and very beautyful.
Þorgeir told us that that the car has drawn a lot of attention
and many people have asked for a picture or a ride. Þorgeir
goes by the ferry Norrona to Norway to morrow.
